These terms cover how you can use Catch, an organisation system for ADHD adults sold as a digital download. By buying or using Catch, you agree to what is written here.

Digital product

Catch is an instant digital download. It includes a duplicable Notion template plus printable US Letter, printable A4, and GoodNotes PDF files, along with a Start Here guide. No physical item is shipped.

Immediate delivery and right of withdrawal

Catch is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. It is delivered electronically as downloadable files and a duplicable Notion template.

Before completing checkout, you are asked to expressly confirm, through a dedicated checkbox that is separate from any marketing opt-in, that you request immediate delivery of Catch before the end of the standard 14-day withdrawal period, and that you acknowledge you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. The date and time of this consent are recorded together with your order.

This exemption is based on Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which implements Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, and applies to digital content whose delivery has started with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Where this consent has been validly given and recorded, no right of withdrawal applies to that order. Accordingly, no digital withdrawal function is required for that order under Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025, implementing EU Directive 2023/2673), since that provision only governs contracts for which a right of withdrawal exists.

If an order is not accompanied by a valid record of this consent, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies instead. See our Refund policy for how to exercise it.

Voluntary money-back guarantee

Separately from the statutory position above, we offer a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee: if Catch is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you. This is a commercial goodwill commitment described in our Refund policy. It is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not change the analysis in this section or limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law.

Personal-use license

Catch is for your own personal use. One purchase is for one person. You may print copies and import the files for yourself and keep your originals somewhere safe. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, or include the files in another product.

Device and app compatibility

The Notion template works in Notion on phone, tablet, and desktop. The GoodNotes file is meant for tablet apps that open PDFs, such as GoodNotes. The printables work on any printer. You are responsible for having a compatible app or device. Third-party apps are outside our control and can change.

Trademarks

Third-party names such as Notion, GoodNotes, and Kindle Scribe belong to their respective owners. Catch is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Limitation of liability

Catch is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, PD Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the product. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
