You do not need to give a detailed reason, and there are no forms to fill in.

This is a voluntary guarantee we choose to offer as a goodwill commitment, on top of your legal rights. It is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal explained below.

If something is not working

If you cannot access your files, the Notion link does not open, or a file appears broken, contact us and we will do our best to fix it, resend the files, or help you get set up. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund you.
